Because many of our items are custom made please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.
Some locations and extra large or heavy items may require additional shipping & handling charges. If this applies, you will be notified prior to shipping.

We want you to enjoy everything you purchase from The Irish Castle Shop. So, if you are not satisfied with any item for any reason, please call or email us for a return authorization. All we ask is that you return the merchandise in its original condition within 15 days of the receipt of your package. When we receive the item back, we will issue you a refund, store credit or an even exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
Upon receipt of your order, please open the package immediately and inspect the contents for damage or defects. If any item in your order is damaged in shipping, or if you find any defects, please contact us within 10 days of receipt of your order via email or at 415-4747432 to request a return authorization. We cannot accept any returns without prior approval. Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, we will either exchange your item or issue a full credit in the amount of the original purchase price. Shipping charges are not refundable.
